No. You rent a boat fully loaded with Fuel and Water tank (it is responsibility of the Skipper to double check it before sailing out) and you have to load it on gas stations to full upon return.
To rent a boat you have to submit valid skipper driving license for this boat category (size). Skipper is fully esponsible for the boat and all persons on it.
Deposit is reserved money that is used only in case that you do not return the boat fully loaded with fuel and water or there has been damage on the boat or parts of equipment missing. In case that Check out it done how is agreed on Check in - FULL Deposit value is returned to the renter.
